Devo Homes has a wealth of experience when it comes to Villas. We've completed extensive renovations on a large number over the years. From fairly straight forward renovations to the very complicated. We've raised homes, added floors, etc all whilst ensuring the home owners vision is brought to life. The end result being the much loved Kiwi Villa is honoured whilst the interior is modernised and transformed into how we live today.
Various Commercial and Heritage Projects
Over the years we have worked on various light Commercial Projects including Heritage classified buildings.
The following examples are The Falls, Dominion School Hall, and a VTNZ building.
We have also worked on private residences which have Heritage classifications. These projects require additional care and expertise in order to comply with their listing specifications and we work closely with the architect to ensure compliance.
